Imported Data

Beyond the basic information (open rate, click rate, e-mail, name, etc.), you can import the value of your Merge fields that you have collected about your clients. You can send many index numbers to your MailChimp list. For instance, if you run a web shop, you can measure your registered customers, the length of stay on your website, if they used a coupon or not, how many items were bought, the payment method and so on. The administrator of your website can help you learn how send this information to Mailchimp. If you do not use this function, then you should change it as soon as you can. Your competitors are already using it, so don’t be behind.

Analyzing

You imported your MailChimp data so that you can analyze, visualize, and find correlations between facts. It is best if you start with our Relation map to see on the big picture of which factors correlate with each other. It is a good starting point to see the strongest and the weakest connections all at once.

Keeping with the previous example of an online store, there are obvious connections between some factors. For example, the longer the customers spent the site, the more they would buy or a registered users buy more often than guests. However, what if you wanted to see how two or more factors move together? Our prediction tree gives you the answer.

After selecting your goal value (for example, the number of items that were bought) the prediction tree shows you the history of this value in relation to other values.

Here is a quick example to demonstrate:

prediction tree

The selected value (bought items) is an average of 3.8 items. The tree shows that those who are subscribed bought an average of 4.2 items, and if they spent more than 10.5 minutes on the site then, the average number of items bought is 4.8. If the customer is subscribed, spent more than 10.5 minutes on the site and used a coupon, then the average number of items bought is 5.2. However, if the buyer subscribed but spent less than 10.5 minutes on the site, then he or she bought fewer items than the average. The depth of your tree depends on how many usable Merge fields you have.

Summary

As you can see, your MailChimp list contains more than it seems to at first glance. With a few clicks, you can optimize your campaigns and increase your selling. AnswerMiner helps you connect easily and explore your hidden resources.
